African Youth Summit 2023: Fully funded to Cape Town, South Africa

The Global Changemakers is excited to announce the fully funded African Youth Summit 2023! In partnership with the ATKV, Global Changemakers will be hosting our second Africa Regional Summit in Cape Town, South Africa from 17-20 October 2023.

African Changemakers aged 21-28 years old working to create positive impact in their communities will be invited to attend a life-changing week of skills development, networking and capacity building alongside 50 of Africa’s most impactful young leaders. After the summit they will join an international network of over 1200 Changemakers from around the world and become eligible to apply for grant funding to scale and amplify their impact.

Funding

International flights from your country’s main airport, transport within South Africa, accommodation and meals will be covered for the duration of the event for the selected changemakers. More on the funding here.

Eligibility

African changemaker aged 21-28 working to create positive impact in their communities are welcomed to apply. More on the eligibility here.

Selection Process

Changemakers are selected through a competitive 3 part selection process and we will accept applications until midnight Central African Time on 10 June 2023.
