CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR IMPLEMENTATION RESEARCH ON COVID-19 VACCINE ROLLOUT IN AFRICAN UNION MEMBER STATES
The Africa CDC, African Union, and the Mastercard Foundation invite proposals from implementing partners to provide implementation services to support implementation research in relation to COVID-19 vaccination rollout in African Union Member States. The main goal of this Call for Proposals is to support African Union Member States’ COVID-19 vaccine rollout with strengthening health systems, and documenting overall health and non-health impact of the Programme.
Bidders are required to provide the following documents:
● Submission of a Funding Application Form, short Concept Note, Full Technical proposal, and detailed budget in the format provided in the bid document.
● Where bidders are bidding as a consortium or joint venture, details of the partners are required with a clear indication of who the lead bidder is.
● Organisational documentation as requested in the Application Guidelines and Application Form.

Deadline for submission | 30 July 2021, at 1500hrs | Addis Ababa time.
Bid opening will take place on | 30 July 2021, at 1500hrs Addis Ababa time, in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives. A Zoom link will be shared.
There are five Lots for application and Applicants can apply for one or more Lots of their preference.

LOT IV. West African Region (15 African Union Member States)
