Position outputs:

As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:

Tenant Management Lease Management
Property Marketing Management Facilities Management
Billing and Credit Control
Non Gross Lettable Area (Non GLA) Management Risk Management#
Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building#
HR System & Governance & Employee Relations
Undertake various projects aligned to the outcomes of this
programme and further lead and contribute to initiatives and programmes in both property and facilities management including:
Contract Management Maintenance Management Engineering Management Facilities Management Environmental Management Space Management# Health & Safety Compliance Utilities Management Security Management

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies,Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream. National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
Some vocational experience would be an added advantage A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.

Competencies:

Among the theoretically underpinnings, the candidate is required to have some basic understanding of the following disciplines and how they
