Role Context

Administer Programs and Performance activities that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency and enable management information for decision making in line with Programs and Performance plans, quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various Projects and resource scheduling.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Managing project deadlines and workflows.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Manage Risks and mitigations
  • Coordinate, monitor and Provide Reporting.
  • Provide Support for Tools and Processes (Admin, System Testing and User Support).
  • Drive the Adoption of new Tools.
  • Prepare and assist in project documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business administration, management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of project management software advantageous
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
