The purpose of the internship programme is to provide the incumbent with the appropriate opportunity to gain relevant work in Information Systems and ICT disciplines.
Key performance areas
- Participate in the design and modeling of organisation business processes.
- System administration and maintenance of different IT systems. Assist the business analyst with business analysis functions.
- Database administration and management.
- Provide technical support service for the customers on hardware, software, network, telephony and operating system. Coordinate related procurement and finance activities
Required minimum qualification
Matric (NQF 4) and a three-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, IT, Informatics and Computer Science.
