Key performance areas

To assist the Human Resource Operations with the following:

• Recruitment and Selection processes
• Learning and Talent Management processes
• Employee Relations and Employee Wellness processes
• Maintaining accurate HR records and filing system
• HR Operations filing and record

Required minimum education

• Matric (NQF Level 4) and three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources  Management  /Human resources Development/Industrial Psychology/Social Science)
