THE SECRET YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

One thing that is common among the successful people I came across is pinned on the secret to success. Whether you want to have a good habit, getting rid of a bad one, getting high grades or performing better at work all you need is to be aware of the secret to success. It is universal in everything you do day in day out. I took my time to interview some people I saw doing well in their endeavors, they all came across this secret and made the best use of it. They would tell me that everything worth having needs effort. You put effort you get what you want.

Now that you know the secret, apply it. The secret is putting effort in what you do. This means you work hard to get the results. Someone would say if working hard pays, we could be seeing a billionaire donkey. Well, there are those people who are successful and we know them. How did they get there? It was through hard work and relentless effort to see their careers and dreams flourish. A donkey taken literally works hard for its master to be successful. It is a team player towards enriching its master. If the master fails to make the best use of the team player, we cannot blame the player. The donkey’s aim is to work hard and get good feed after work and when that is done it is mission accomplished. You may be employed; you need to work hard to get a good feed from your master. The favors given to those people working hard suffice to say they are the best or becoming the best to earn more.

Working smart does not mean the element of hardworking is removed. Effort is put. Working smart simply means that what you are doing is split into simple tasks that are realistic, time framed, achievable and materialize. Laboring in the industry or on the farm does not mean you are not working smart. You are simply doing what needs to be done in the right way that someone does not see fit for them. All that is needed is do the best to get your things done effectively.

You cannot get into the best shape of your body if you do not train hard. It requires much effort to be humble and having a good attitude. Hard work is an umbrella term for determination, commitment and pouring your best. Never belittle the effort you put in making yourself a better version. It is effort you put to become a person that stand against negatives and the harsh world.

You need to understand that you bring the good people and results in your life. If you make the best use of God’s grace on you and do your best, there is no doubt that you will make it. The strength that resides in you is your best weapon to do wonders and get to your goals. If you have the talent and opportunity use them to the fullest lest you regret when they are gone.

I listened to one of the sermons of Les Brown. He said he left his car at an airport car park and went on his global tour doing what he is known well for. If you do not know him Les is a guru in personal development and motivational speaking. He is the greatest of all time. He recalled that when he tried to turn on his car it didn’t start. Why? The battery was dead because of long stay without being used. He also recalls how he would struggle to speak in front of people after a long period of being off stage. Brown said if you have a talent, use it or you lose it.

Many other speakers and personal development coaches agree that a talent without effort is useless. In many cases we see that hard work beats talent. An idle talent is like very big nice looking fruit tree that does not bear any fruits. The owners of that tree finds no use of it than to cut it and get firewood. The best people in any field are the ones who work harder than the others. They give their all in the process and jobs they find themselves in. They know that their effort is one most important thing that will make a way to their ultimate success. If you are working hard, your team will do the same as they will try to match your standards and conspire to back you up.

There is a greater difference between a person who puts more time to his dreams than one who does not. A person who work more than 80 hours a week on their goals is by far better than a person who spends 40 hours per work. The one taking more hours on their dreams, work and training statistically achieve their goals twice or thrice earlier. This means that in a year they take 4 months to get most of their things done before those putting few hours get to a quarter of what they need to cover.
