Applications are invited for the ATNS Support Graduate in Training Programme 2023. Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is offering graduates the opportunity to make a successful transition from university to the world of work. The graduate programme helps transform graduates into high performing professionals, equipping them to contribute to the economy of the country. The program will provide a graduate with an opportunity to conduct their work exposure and on-the-job training at the Aviation Training Academy located in Bonaero Park.

Job description

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant.

The study discipline in which graduates completed their qualifications must be in line with the skills our business requires, and preference will be given to qualifications in these areas.

To be considered you need to:

Be a South African citizen.
No work experience required, however if you have previous work experience; it must not be more than one year of full-time work experience in the field of study since graduating.
Must be computer literate.

What’s the benefit?

Over 24 months, the graduate will be exposed to on-the-job training, technical and professional development. As a Quality Management trainee, you will be trained to assist in providing quality oversight at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) informed by ATNS Quality Management Systems, CHE, TETA, SACAA and relevant regulation so that ATA can become a world class aviation training academy that meets customer requirements.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary.
