Rand Water is recruiting for a Chef

Rand Water is currently looking for the Chef to plan and prepare meals for residents and functions within budget, inventory control, staff supervision and administration duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4
• One Year Hospitality or Culinary Certificate
• Computer Literacy /SAP
• 3-4 years’ Experience in the similar environment
• Flexible and willing to work Overtime as and when required
• Driver’s License/ability to pass R/Water K53 test

Primary Duties

• Menu planning and execution
• Responsible for all Assets in the Canteen area
• Preparing quality Meals within Budget
• Inventory Control
• Staff supervision
• Practise Hygiene and Safety
• Handling and resolving Customer Complains
