Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Fully Funded Tokyo University Masters Scholarship 2021, you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

• The applicant must belong from ADB Member State.
• 2 years of working experience at the time of application.
• A valid bachelor’s degree.
• Applicant age must not be more than 35 years.
• In Exceptional cases, programs that are appropriate for senior officials and managers, the age limit is 45 years.
• Candidate must agree to come back home after degree completion.
