UNISA Internship Programme Applications 2023: Call for Applications

Unemployed South African Citizens, with no formal work experience. All relevant qualifications (referred to below) either in progress or completed must be those of Unisa.

  • Applicants are expected to first complete the form on the Portal (Link indicated below), thereafter forward requested application supporting documents to the e-mail applicable to the position https://forms.office.com/r/vG06xDbWfm
  • NB: Applicants must include a reference number assigned to the province they are applying for in the subject line of their email.
  • The position reference number, personal ID numbers and Unisa student number must be accurately indicated on the portal
  • Applications for multiple positions must be submitted individually
  • Age requirement: Not older than 35 years

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3rd year, 4th year or completed Bachelor Education in Senior and Further Education and Training (Computer Application Technology Qualification Stream)
  • Completed Post Graduate Certification in Education in Senior Phase FET Training (Information Computer Studies Qualification Stream)
  • Completed Advanced Diploma in Computer Integration Education
  • Relevant Completed National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in ICT plus any PGCE in progress or completed

Skills:

  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal relations; communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work in a team both under supervision and independently
  • The ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail and go the extra mile
  • Sense of commitment, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time Management

Duration : 12 Months

Stipend    : R102 311 p.a (For Graduates)

R74 767 p.a (For 3rd and fourth year Undergraduates)
