HR Graduate Internships at Premier South Africa

Premier has an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Intern, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:

  • HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. SAGE, Greylink)
  • HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations)
  • Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, SAGE)
  • Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources:
  • Learning and Development
  • Talent / Skills Development
  • Organisational Development
  • Industrial Relations
  • The intern will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
  • May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units

Qualifications Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Studying towards a National Diploma: Human Resource Management (final year)
  • Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
  • Driver’s license (advantageous)
