Sappi offers a one-year internship opportunity for recently qualified commerce or supply chain graduates.
- Location: Rosebank Johannesburg
The main responsibilities of the job:
– Provide administrative support to the sales, production and supply chain departments.
– Assist customers with queries related to their orders.
– Assist the supply chain team with forecasting, inventory planning and scheduling.
– Process orders using Sappi’s standard operating procedures and review orders placed by peers to reduce booking errors.
– Assist the Planning department with allocation, block space and urgent manufacturing requirements.
The ideal candidate must have:
– Grade 12/Matric qualification
– Commercial Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Business Administration
– No prior experience required
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
