CBH YES4Youth Programme for young South Africans
YES4Youth Initiative, is a national programme designed to provide young South Africans with valuable work experience and a pathway to long-term employment.
CBH is recruiting motivated and committed youth to join our 12-month placement programme, commencing on 1 November 2026.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification
- South African citizen
- 18-28 years old
- Currently unemployed
- Must have not have previously participated in a YES4Youth programme
- Willing to commit to a full 12-month work experience placement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production and operational activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Support loading, packaging, and handling of feed products.
- Assist with stock control and production records.
- Participate in training and skills development programmes.
- Report hazards, defects, or incidents to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Assist with basic maintenance and general tasks as required.
- Perform duties assigned by supervisors to support plant operations.
