About the Position
SARS is looking for an Operational Specialist: Effectiveness who will be responsible for providing advice and guidance specific to the Employee Relations & Labour discipline. The division supports the SARS strategic intent towards developing a HIGH performing, DIVERSE, AGILE, ENGAGED and EVOLVED workforce.
Job Purpose
To assist the Employee Relations & Labour on organisational effectiveness, change and culture initiatives in order to ensure a high-performance environment and the retention and growth of the organisation’s talent base.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) AND 5-7 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2-3 years ideally at functional specialist level
ALTERNATIVE #
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years related experience
