2024 Rio Tinto South Africa Graduate Programme

Rio Tinto`s South African operation, Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) in KwaZulu Natal has positions available for our 2024 Graduate Programme. Rio Tinto is looking for graduates with the following degrees.

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Metallurgical Engineering (Extractive Metallurgy)
  • Environmental Science

  • Bachelor’s degree in the afore mentioned disciplines (preferably completed in 2022, 2023 or by March 2024)
  • South African Identity document
  • South African Driver’s License
  • Prior work experience is not necessary.
  • Permitted to work in South Africa
