PURPOSE

  • Assist the Administration/ Finance officer as and when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring the leave book and send it to HR and keeping records of all leave taken, capturing attendance register on excel, Scanning and indexing as –build drawings on Alchemy received from depots and NSD, filing stationery order forms, keeping record of invoices from suppliers when ordering outside, booking meetings and parking, managing boardroom diary, receive wayleave check if they meet our expectations, capturing data – we receive about 475 township applications,370 building 400 wayleaves, Monitoring the clearance book make sure that all clearances are written in the book to submit to COJ legal, General – queries DEO regarding system logging application, monitoring printer, Housekeeping, Safety representative, Make sure there’s kitchen supply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Grade 12 (NQF4)
  • 1-year working experience in data capturing and databases.
