The purpose of the Key Accounts Consultant position is to ensure that the Key Accounts department is maximising its revenue and developing a sound relationship with all the stakeholders. The Key Accounts Consultant will also contribute in

sustaining and growing the key accounts department in achieving positive results, they will also serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Locations: Bellville and Saldanha

Position outputs:

  1. Maximize customer service by managing customer service execution interface on a day to day.
  2. Facilitate relationship building with all key internal stakeholders (internal capabilities).
  3. Support customer service initiatives.
  4. Assist in the management of internal Key Accounts (TFR/TPT/TNPA/TE)
  5. Involved in direct contact with internal customer, handle and resolve accounts queries and complaints.
  6. Handle monthly Billing of customers as per signed Service Level Agreement, including Ad-hoc services.
  7. Facilitate the consolidation of Key Accounts monthly reports.
  8. Engage with Regional Teams to follow up on complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved timeously.
  9. Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
  10. Manage service performance on behalf of customers through SLA process
  11. Support customer service initiatives
  12. Initiate and execute customer centric processes and improvements
  13. Manage after sale relationship
  14. Coordinate building supervisor assessment reports
  15. Manage customer satisfaction survey
  16. Generate revenue for the department

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-year degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields (NQF level 7).
  • 7 years’ experience in various forms of Marketing and Communications, at least 2 of which should be in management position.
  • Experience managing Key Account function on a diverse property portfolio (essential)
  • Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
  • A strong demonstrable network of media owners and relevant stakeholders

  • Exceptional customer service and communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
