Enrolled Nurse vacancy at Rand Water

Rand water is looking for a candidate who will be able to provide, promote and maintain highest level of professional Health Care for staff employed at Bulk Water Distribution and Transport.  To ensure a healthy productive workforce.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Enrolled Nurse, registered with South African Nursing Council
  • 2 years industry / occupational health experienc
  • Drivers’ License
  • First Aid Co-ordination  knowledge and skill

Primary Duties

  • Assist the OHP with general administrative duties of the OHC
  • Ensure updating of daily register and confidential files in the OHC.
  • Assist with Co-ordination of First Aid box and register control
  • Medical Screening: assist OMP/OHP to carry out pre-employment, periodical and exit medicals
  • Travelling to the districts to assist OHP to set up temporary clinic – to conduct medicals.
  • In conjunction with the OHP, Attendance of OHS meetings may be required -offer feedback, advise and presentations
  • Assist with management of injuries/emergencies sustained in the workplace
  • Conduct Health awareness
