Purpose of the FirstRand Youth Development Graduate 2023

This is a 12-month contract for unemployed graduatesto join our FirstJob work experience programme. The focus of this programme isto improve employability of successful candidates. Throughout the programme, the incumbent willhave an opportunity to build workplace confidence and competence bycontributing to business objectives and deliverables. The incumbent will be required to successfullycomplete prescribed development programme.

Experience and Qualifications

A recognized Diploma
A recognized Bachelor’s degree is advantageous

No formal (corporate) work experience
