Grindrod Limited has an opportunity available for 12 graduates to be placed in the Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Logistics departments/divisions.

Online and blended learning will be provided in areas identified for development. The graduate programme is 12 months in duration, after which the graduates will be absorbed into permanent positions.


Grindrod is looking for well-rounded individuals who have excelled in their chosen field of studies and are eager to grow. A degree is essential, and candidates must possess skills to embrace real-world challenges — innovative thinkers, energised and passionate about delivering out-of-the-box solutions for a smarter and more sustainable future. The Company is looking for team players with leadership potential, ambition, excellent writing and communication skills and a concern for the communities in which they operate. Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of South Africa, unemployed, and under the age of 30.
