As a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in assessing and improving the Siyazisiza Trust programmes’ effectiveness, ensuring that our initiatives create lasting change. Your sharp analytical skills and attention to detail will help Siyazisiza Trust track progress, measure outcomes, and refine our strategies for maximum impact.

Key responsibilities include:

–      Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
–      Collect and analyse data to assess programme performance.
–      Develop capacity and collaborate with teams to ensure data collection and reporting consistency.
–      Develop reports and recommendations for programme improvement.
–      Identify areas for programme enhancement and provide strategic insights.

Requirements include:

·     Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
·     Strong background in monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
·     Proficient in data analysis tools.
·     Excellent communication and report writing skills.
·     Experience in the non-profit sector preferred.
