Omnia Graduate Development Programme
The purpose of this programme is to develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified individuals for critical roles in the organisation. To grant the attainment of workplace experience and exposure to suitably qualified graduates in the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering : Losberg x1
- Electrical Engineering: Losberg x1
- Analytical Chemistry: Losberg x1
- Electromechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Mechanician: Losberg x1
- Industrial Engineering: Fourways x2
- Mining Engineering: Witbank, Mogalakwena, Black Rock, Northern Cape – x11
- Supply Chain: Fourways x1
- SHEQ: Fourways x1
Qualifications
Completed N6/S4 and requiring either 12/18 months practical learning to complete qualification in the required fields/Completed Bachelors Degree in one of the fields required
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
- Electromechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Mechanician
- Industrial Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality (SHEQ)
Experience
- Less than 1 years’ work experience
Duties
- Assist with operational and technical support activities as per relevant field of learning/study
- Practical training programme in order to gain experience in the implementation of the relevant field of learning/study
- Partake in the daily operational activities within the respective department
- Ensure accuracy, courteousy and timeous manner in adhering to current business standards
- Apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality regulations
