Rand Water is recruiting for an Office Assistant.

Job Advert SummaryProvides a hygienic refreshment service to all personnel in the Technical Building, Assists the Maintenance manager and Maintenance Secretary with allocated routine office duties, and maintains all offices of Maintenance.
Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 with 1 year’s relevant administrative experience.1-year experience as a messenger in a typical admin environment. Must be literate, Computer literate
Primary Duties1) Accurate filing for the Maintenance section. 2)Offices cleaned as per agreement. 3)Meeting/Function venues are prepared before events start and tidied after events are completed. 4)Delegated administrative functions are conducted as required (e.g., capturing data, photocopying, distributing posts, etc.) 5)Refreshments are prepared for visitors. 6)Monitor photocopy usage. 7)Accurate record keeping of time sheets.
