The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) strives to improve the nation’s health and quality of life by funding and conducting relevant and leading health research. It further aims to promote equity, career development and progression.

SAMRC INTERN (1 POST)

Duration: One-Year Contract

The SAMRC extends an invite to HR graduates to apply and participate in an internship programme in the Human Resources Department as indicated below.

The SAMRC Human Resources Department seeks to contribute to the development of recent Human Resources graduates in the South Africa. The aim is to provide young graduates with training and capacitation in the HR field for them to successfully gain experience and be better suited to apply for positions in the market.

Interested graduates who do not have any Human Resources work exposure/experience are invited to apply for consideration.

Min Qualification:

3-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant qualification or higher

Other criteria: Computer literate and ability to communicate effectively.

Terms & Conditions: The SAMRC retains the right not to make an appointment. In accordance with the SAMRC’s Employment Equity Plan, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from the designated groups.
