Description:

The Organisation requires the services of a General Manager: Human Capital Management and Administration. This position will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.

Requirements:

Honours degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences/Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
At least 6 to 8 years experience in Generalist Human Capital Management and 4 years of which should be practical experience in designing, implementing and developing organisation design processes and interventions, SAGE payroll systems, remuneration and employee benefits and talent management.
Knowledge of human capital administration and legislation.
An understanding of remuneration and employee benefits.
Knowledge of human capital management principles.
Knowledge of strategic planning and financial skills.
Knowledge of organisational design principles.
Change and diversity management skills.
A high analytical and data-driven approach
Communication and Interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Qualifications and Experience which will provide an added advantage

A Master’s degree in human resource management/Business Administration/Social Sciences/Industrial Psychology will be added advantage
Knowledge of project management.
Presentation and facilitation skills.
Team building skills.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and implementation of the HCM Management and HCM Admin strategies aligned to business goals and operational plans.
Provide expertise in the areas of recruitment, succession planning, data analysis, talent assessment and development.
Lead in the organizational design, development and manage the implementation of an integrated talent management framework
Ensure alignment of all talent management processes.
Manage and monitor the effective administration of employee benefits (medical Aids etc.).
Lead and manage the team including regional HCM operations to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction about appropriate Human Resources Information Systems (SAGE 300) for payroll and talent acquisition, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment practices, motivation, employee turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Monitor compliance, improve internal controls and mitigate related people risk.
