The Gauteng Provincial Government in partnership with Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services SETA (merSETA) are looking to train 6000 Solar Technicians.

Trainees will receive a training allowance between R4000 and R7000, depending on their qualifications.

Requirements

• South African Residents
• Youth under 35- Matriculated in Gauteng school after 2016
• A matric qualification
• N3+ electrical qualification from TVET Colleges, and/or technical matric is an added advantage
• Interest in a career in energy efficiency
