WARNING: SCAMMERS INVITE JOB-SEEKERS TO INTERVIEWS AT CITY POWER
City Power has noted a fake message in which job seekers are invited to the interviews today (Monday 10th Oct 2022). THIS MESSAGE IS FAKE AND SHOULD BE IGNORED!
City Power has advertised for the post of Electrician (REF 001) and the applications closed 21 September 2022.
City Power is yet to go through the applications and contact the shortlisted applicants to invite them for the interviews.
The FAKE note invites unsuspecting job-seekers to the interviews at City Power offices on Monday 10th October at 10am.
It further asks the applicants to contact a Mr. Nkambule on a cell number 0764138012. DO NOT call him!
Please note that City Power will never give out staff’s personal cellphone numbers for jobs or Tenders. City Power also don’t use @Gmail or @Workmail.
City Power is requesting those who have already applied for the Electrician job to ignore this fake message and wait for the email or call from City Power Human Resources Department, if you are shortlisted.
