ZCDC is a world class diamond producer for the long-term benefit of Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (Pvt) Ltd (ZCDC) is a diamond mining company wholly owned by the Government of Zimbabwe. The Company has mining operations in Manicaland in Mutare’ s Chiadzwa area and in Chimanimani.
The Company is conducting exploration and resource evaluation programs across Zimbabwe and expects to open new mines in other parts of the country soon.

The company seeks to recruit qualified, talented and ambitious young graduates to undergo a 24 months intensive structured learnership programme in the following key disciplines within the organization:
- mining engineering
- processing (metallurgical engineering)
- mechanical engineering
- geology
- survey
- information communication technology (ICT)
- finance
- marketing
- audit
- supply chain
- SHEQ
- human resources
- risk management
> NB- Candidates should be holders of a relevant first degree and able to demonstrate ability to learn and fit into the ZCDC culture.
>Degree class 2.1 or better
