- REMUNERATION: R210 216 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
PURPOSE:
- To liaise with operational managers, employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fill in sign-on documents for new employees. Make arrangements for the new employees to join and complete medical aid forms. Compile clearance documents e.g. when employees resign. Obtain signatures and submit to Human Resources. Process documentation regarding overtime, acting allowance, locomotive allowance and recording of leave. Submit input to salary department. Undertake delivery and collection of documents, parcels, etc. Assist with the retrieval of documents by searching for documents. Control keys for archive room. Bar code new assets. Fill in FA5 forms for new assets (Spreadsheets).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• Grade 12 (NQF4).
• 1 year working experience in data capturing and databases.
