Job Advert Summary
Rand Water is looking for Compliance Support Administrator to provide effective and efficient administrative support services to the Compliance Division.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric,
- A Certificate in Office Administration/Office Practice or equivalent,
- A minimum of 4 – 5 years’ proven administrative support experience,
- Experience in State Owned Enterprise compliance would be an added advantage,
- Experience in the water sector would be an added advantage
Primary Duties
- Assisting the Group Regulatory & Compliance Division with administrative duties
- Ensuring timeous submission of reports
- Office Support Administration
- Communication: Email and telephonic etiquette
- Keep record of daily attendance in the attendance register and timeously submit to the relevant divisions
- Organising and providing administrative services to relevant meetings.
- File all the divisional documents and submit documents approved documents to other stakeholders.
- Assist with annual planning and budget monitoring.
- Assist the team with administrative support of planning and implementing training
- Assist with monitoring of the regulatory environment
- General administrative support
- Assist with maintenance of diary
- Submit reports to relevant stakeholders
- Record all compliance related findings on registers.
- Arranging courses, workshops, subscriptions for the division
