Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• National Diploma in HR or Behavioural Sciences
Minimum Requirements:
• 3 years background in HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a comprehensive Human Resource service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of the total HR value chain.
• Provide advisory services to line management and employees on all of Eskom’s conditions of service, policies, and practices.
• Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing services to the area.
• Provide accurate management information and effective system support.
• Ensure customer, stakeholder communication and services are effectively managed.
• Supporting line management improving good labour and employee relations
• Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development.
