Secretary vacancy at Johannesburg Water

  • REMUNERATION: R223 404 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM

PURPOSE

To provide administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct administrative duties. Exercise excellent communication and writing skills. Ensure accuracy in all correspondence. Telephone management which includes inter alia, taking incoming calls, answering to customer queries/complaints, and making outgoing calls. Manage the Manager’s diary. Coordinate events management and perform general office management duties. Organizing logistics of the meetings, daily. Preparation of agenda, as and when required. Record proceeding of the meeting (minutes), daily. Write minutes and action logs, as and when required. Distribute minutes and follow up on action logs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) and an accredited 6 months’ secretarial certificate
• 2 years’ experience in a secretarial environment
• Experience in MS Office packages
