- Sappi offers a one-year internship opportunity for recently qualified information technology graduates.
The main responsibilities of the job:
– Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to hardware and software technical problems.
– Assist in the implementation of computer equipment and upgrades.
– Provide service and maintenance of computers and network equipment.
– Assist and attend to IT service desk queries within defined service level standards.
The ideal candidate must have:
– Grade 12/Matric qualification
– Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
– No prior experience required
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
