Hillary Construction Bursaries for Young South Africans

Hillary Construction offers bursaries for deserving National Diplomas and Degree students of Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Surveying. The bursary covers annual registration fees, tuition fees and examination fees, monthly allowance for accommodation, food and travelling expenses and study-related equipment subject to request.

Successful candidates will first be offered a Learnership in Road Construction for 1 year (Gap Year), during which time sponsorship for the following year will be considered.

Bursary Requirements and Eligibility

  • South African citizen / permanent resident
  • Grade 12 exemption certificate and proof of academic results
  • For University applicants – Minimum symbol C for Maths and Science
  • For University of Technology applicants – Minimum symbol D for Maths and Science
  • Minimum of 65% aggregate rating

Submit your CV and proof of academic results via email to [email protected].  (Official application forms will be forwarded to applicants who meet the above-mentioned criteria).

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via telephone or email for interviews and psychometric testing at the Head Office in Polokwane.
